Pros

I've been working at the Post for more than 3 years and have loved every minute of it! The culture in the Engineering department is very fast paced which means there are lots of opportunities to challenge yourself to grow and try new things. My favorite part though truly is the people. The Post does an amazing job of hiring folks from all over the world with diverse backgrounds who are in different stages of life that truly want to work together as a team. And an added bonus.. the benefits are great!

Cons

The commute to downtown to DC can be rough.

Ideas is one of our four catalysts/pillars at The Washington Post. In order to innovate across every department, we need colleagues who come from diverse backgrounds. We're glad you experience that. Commuting into downtown Washington, D.C. can be busy. We hope the commuter benefits we offer relieve some of that stress.
