Pros

If you're good at what you do, they'll let you do it. Creative and secure managers allow members of their team to flourish, to explore new talents, to experiment.

Cons

It's a tough place. Not sure I really think that's a con, but if you're not built Ford tough, you can be crushed. As long as you know who you are, you can thrive.

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about your experience at The Washington Post. We really do mean it's the people who make us who we are and you're part of that. We're glad you've found The Post an innovative and flexible place to work. It's no surprise we've been named "Most Innovative Media Company" by Fast Company....twice! We're sorry to hear your concerns about the leadership and benefits. Both areas are top priorities for us an your detailed feedback would be helpful. We'd love to hear more specifics: life@washpost.com. Looking forward to hearing from you and thanks again for taking the time to write a review.
