The people were great for a while.

Cons

Management did not address people who did not perform well and it effected the morale of the group.

Friendly people, fast-paced environment

Good vacation leave/sick time, decent benefits, good opportunity to explore and collaborate with different departments

Cons

Salary, so if you work news, which isn't 9-5, it's easy to work more hours, but not less.
