Pros

Excellent salary and name recognition.

Cons

Benefits such as pensions and 401k matches have eroded since the economic downturn. Rampant cronyism and senior managerial incompetence on the print side. Senior print side managers appear to have no leadership and management training at all. They are isolated and have had little or no exposure to other ways of working and are therefore stagnant. Professional development is non-existent. Opportunities for advancement are almost nil. Bezos believes he has nothing to offer to print side because "they are the best people in the industry and know what their doing". He really should think that one again and look a little harder.

Pros

Great benefits and multiple shifts based on your availability to include part time oncall.

Cons

Pay raises happen and you won't know, they are not quarterly reviews or yearly cost of living raises.
