Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The Washington Post brand is strong and one that instills trust, innovation, and collaboration. We're so glad you found that here and enjoy the many Post benefits and perks. Regarding the areas we can improve, thanks for your honesty. We take feedback seriously and have processes in place that encourage it: 1) Leadership training- we train managers to ask for feedback from their teams regularly, 2) Open door policy- our culture is not hierarchical and leaders at all levels have an open door policy, and 3) Pulse Survey- every year we ask employees for feedback on all areas of the #washpostlife, including leadership. However, we are always looking to improve these processes. We'd love to hear your specific feedback. Feel free to email us at life@washpost.com. Thanks for being part of the Post team!

Pros

My colleagues are the best part of this job--I work with the smartest, funniest, most creative people. During my interview I was told "we want you to do the best work of your life here," and management truly gives the resources and freedom to do it.

Cons

As everyone says, the benefits could use improvement.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We cannot say it enough- the people behind The Post make The Post. Glad you're team embodies that! Thanks for the feedback on the benefits. We're always looking for innovative ways to expand our benefits (for example, providing free coffee for the DC office recently and local deals to coffee shops/restaurants). We'll continue to work hard to provide great benefits. Thanks again for writing a review!
