Pros

Work Flexibility; brand recognition - top ranked publication; industry respect; access to top tier marketing tools & research; professional & top notch colleagues,

Cons

Ineffective top management, manage by metrics, managers not leaders, lack of understanding on how to motivate salespeople (stick vs carrot). Low and unequally distributed earning potential. Infrastructure is badly fractured.

Pros

New, bright and clean office space

Cons

Poor management, old boys club in senior management, cliquish environment, women have been disappearing from the company at all levels, very few female managers and minority managers, deliberate policy of promoting whites that are clearly not qualified, managers do not have a clue how to run their departments results in very high turnover. Work life balance exists in a few departments. Lots of self promotion without real substance, can be a brutal work environment. Do your research lots of employee law suits against the post for bad treatment of employees.
