Pros

Working at the Washington Post has been so amazing! There is such a strong focus on collaboration and team work here. Everyone is helpful, hard-working, and kind. Things are really fast-paced and always changing. Challenging environment, but really fun and rewarding!

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Great company to work for! Great co-workers and excellent team. Also, the top level management folks are extremely smart and have a great sense of vision and planning, and it is quite easy to have conversations with upper management people.

Cons

None so far other than 401k can be a lot better.
