Surround yourself with people who write the first drafts of history. A culture of patience that values accuracy to the max. Values are strong and rewarded.

Cons

A culture that sees the future as a threat and not an opportunity.

Pros

when you are a sub, you get to pick your own schedule every week. This gives you an opportunity to be more flexible. you can choose to be off up to 3 months so its a very good part time work.

Cons

The management lacks leadership skills. the direct managers are picked right off of the work place with no educational background.
