Cons

Young management - friction with employees based on their inexperience managing experienced sales people. Major shift in business model and results put a lot of pressure on everyone

best place to work, new technologies, work gets recognized. You get opportunities to prove yourself, telecommuting benefits.

Cons

Has become private company now but under the ownership of a leader who knows on-line business and has capacity to turn it around
