Lots of opportunity, lots of growth

Pros

The company is moving at a great pace with lots of new talent and projects. Employees are allowed to bring ideas to the table and move forward with those ideas. The age of going through multiple meetings to get an idea approved are mostly over.

Cons

Not many cons in my experience. As with most companies, there could be more diversity--especially in regards to women.
