Pros

Potentially could grow very well with lack of resources.

Cons

A lot of good talents that left and those who stay are people that's been in for awhile. Yes, over architecture is a problem in the tech field but a lot of stale old engineers who doesn't even consider or know modern software architecture. There is still so many manual processes, no uniformed way across company. First and foremost at least try to have some test coverage. How tech runs here is an embarrassment.
