Pays well but that's about it

Pros

Good Pay and ok benefits (though the second richest man in the world does not provide tuition reimbursement or a better health insurance option)

Cons

If you're ok with working at a company with no real leadership, no real goals, low morale but want to just get paid then this works. They even make you go through hoops to get medical accomodations and even negating some despite medical provider sign off. The journalists still fighting the good fight is the only good thing about this place but unfortunately media stands for nothing anymore so even that is diminishing...

Pros

Started out as a great team at a boutique news station then went downhill after CEO changes.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Absolutely nobody from corporate cared about employees and as a result half the station left.
