Pros

Flexible work environment, up to date technology

Cons

Work-life balance is bad and continuing to degrade. Working around the clock is pretty much expected now.

Pros

Pay for non-union workers can be competitive. there's management training, the people are top-notch, the office location is stunning, work is interesting.

Cons

Out of every company I've worked at, the benefits are not good. HR will tell you they are, but don't believe them. They truly are horrible from little 401k matching to lousy health insurance.

Pros

Smart and thoughtful colleagues. Strong union

Cons

It's an incredibly painful time to work at The Post. Senior leadership has bungled just about every decision over the past year. It's very hard to see the light.
