Pros

Amazing coworkers, great place for career progression, motivating mission

Cons

CIO and CPO are both leaving, many amazing people leaving due to rigid RTO policy and leadership issues at the top. A ton of growing pains (Only 4 people in the HR department, outdated career ladders, no management training)

Pros

I love working at the Post! The work is exciting and fulfilling, and the people are all amazing. Everyone is collaborative and creative. Managers try their best to support you in every way. The pay is good.

Cons

The insurance and perks could be better. The coverage for mental health/therapy is limited to the point that it basically doesn't exist. My (expensive) commute is paid through my paycheck pre-tax, but there is no financial assistance there. Vacation time is pretty standard, but feels limited.
