Pros

I work with a team that's humane, intelligent, invested, creative and generous. The work is intriguing and involves cooperation/involvement from different teams. I get to learn a lot about other areas/functions. People get to the point here, even in meetings!

Cons

I'm going with "accentuate the positive, eliminate the negative, and don't mess with Mr. In Between"

Pros

Company Reputation opens doors for clients.

Cons

Terrible fear based culture. Top down micromanagement. Constantly forced to over promise and underdeliver.
