Pros

- Good funding levels - Excellent talent - The mission of the company is fantastic - Good exposure to other technologies - Robust diversity and inclusion program - So many interesting problems to solve - Pension!

Cons

- There's a lot of hero worship - There's a _lot_ of hierarchy - Teams are just too small - Raises and bonuses are ridiculously small, especially for those getting paid the least - Sometimes people get reprimanded for what they do on social media
