Pros

Pay for non-union workers can be competitive. there's management training, the people are top-notch, the office location is stunning, work is interesting.

Cons

Out of every company I've worked at, the benefits are not good. HR will tell you they are, but don't believe them. They truly are horrible from little 401k matching to lousy health insurance.
