Good pay. Lower level employees are really nice.

Cons

Unprofessional management and gossipy culture. Zero camaraderie between the managers. Really bad culture for strong performers. Great if you are lazy.

Very good compensation, benefits, etc. They do a lot for local communities. Opportunity for growth on the marketing side.

Cons

Very lean in certain departments. Lack of efficiency when it comes to office, document and file systems.
