Pros

Decent Pay, Learning Opportunities, Classes for job growth

Cons

The schedules arent great. Youre expected to work OT. Really the schedules are horrible. Countless stories about people falling asleep behind the wheel going home or getting to work. Promised training but none because everyone is always playing catch up. Teams are always under staffed. Your job is always at risk because you get written up for every little thing.

While overtime work is normal for this type of work and certainly can be variable during our annual crush season, we never want it to be excessive. We actively review our scheduling practices and training programs to better support our teams. We take these concerns seriously and are committed to creating a positive workplace for all. Please feel free to contact HRSupport@thewinegroup.com so we can address this further. Thank you again for your input—it helps us grow.

Pros

Most of the mid-level leadership is terrific and want to steer you in the right direction and help you advance your career. Work-life balance is good.

Cons

VERY cost-mindful to a point where it is a detriment. No bonus structure is unlike any other company in the industry. They operate very lean, putting a lot of pressure/extra workload on employees. Not a ton of opportunity for growth, and they tend to create "special task force" type of jobs that are good opportunities to try something different, but they're always temporary and the next position might not be something you're interested in, but are forced to take if you want to remain employed.
