Pros

- Flexible with vacation: Since there were a group of instructors, as long as 3 of us were there, we could take a day off.

Cons

- There was never any training supervision for the younger instructors who thought they could chase kids with water balloons and not teach tennis. - The hours/pay aren't enough to count as a good summer job.

Wide range of camps available Many volunteers from a wide variety of backgrounds Sports camps are especially fun Get to teach & help others

Cons

Limited flexibility in choice of camps Camp choice can change at short notice! Volunteers keep changing so have to work with a number of different people within a short period of time
