Pros

Reached out to me quickly for work. They offer training for their roles which isn’t always the case with adjusting firms.

Cons

Have to train in office and meet production before remote work is an option

Pros

laid back, no dress code, free lunch

Cons

No growth, HUGE retention rate for employees, no one is educated, very little pay, CEO/Owner is very cheap, no benefits like 401K, not friendly, Human Resources is a joke, and there is no trust and no effort at the companies higher ups to make a connection or relationship with anyone below them. Very sexist and treats female staff poorly and unfairly. And no growth, I know I already said it but there is no grown within each department as well as the company growth within the industry.
