Pros

Temporary assignments with major insurance companies. Once my resume was received, I had an interview within 10 days. An hour after my interview, I was told I had the assignment.

Cons

Hourly wages are well below market. No PTO or holiday pay. The premiums for health insurance are expensive. Hard to speak anyone in the office, often reach voicemail.

Pros

Anytime you dislike your current position or you want to try something new, this is an easy fix. They offer temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. If you get bored easily and want to get a taste of multiple fields in the insurance industry without job-hopping, this is for you.

Cons

No real benefits such as paid time off.
