Pros

They pay well, the President of the company is a genuinely nice person.

Cons

They fired half of their staff during the holidays, no severance package and no remorse. The EVPs are the worst people to walk this earth.

Pros

Loved the people there and overall a good work environment. Casual work attire and got lunch every Friday. Get quarterly bonuses.

Cons

No 401k or retirement Lake of transparency. The higher ups in the company told employees everything was fine but then 2 weeks later layed off a lot of the company right after Thanksgiving. Did not provide severance or notice either.

Pros

Free food and casual work environment

Cons

Unethical company. Good ole' boys club at the core. Top heavy with VP's who lack management experience, are disrespectful to their employees, and are over paid. The majority of employees are overworked, under appreciated, and underpaid. Employees are not protected or advised correctly. Benefits are extremely expensive. The owners are disconnected with the goings on of the company, bad character, unethical, dishonest, and have questionable backgrounds. Do your research! Money is horribly mismanaged, nothing is tracked, and there is no accountability from executives. There was a recent layoff the day after Thanksgiving 2023 where more than 1/3 of staff who were let go with no severance. Some employees had been there over ten years and received nothing for their dedication and hard work. This is not a stable or honest company.
