Pros

The owner is very nice and the pay is fair. Willing to work around your schedule for the most part.

Cons

Supervisors are very experienced couldn't get the schedule together. They changed your clients weekly you never knew who you were going to be with. No communication and when I called in they didn't get the message that I had called in it , was a nightmare almost weekly over the schedules. Every week I had a different set of clients instead of just keeping me with the ones that I was used to.
