Pros

The departments have a shared motivation to care for senior clients and protect our caregivers. My manager was supportive and I felt I was given autonomy to successfully manage my clients.

Cons

As an industry we need to improve the training and support we provide caregivers. Internally, many talented coworkers have joined competitors due to the toxicity of one team member. Many team members have shared their complaints with HR and it is embarrassing to defend this coworker’s behavior to referral partners.

Thieves/criminal is the best words to describe the management and culture of the company! All about making $ and willingly will do so by lying to clients and their loved ones on what the company can provide! Literally it’s just a staffing company of caregivers that’s it. To say they have care managers is a joke and an insult to those who are actually care managers in the field. Most heartless team of mangers across the company nationwide. I truly hope none of there family members ever have to be treated/lied to like this company does. Boardline criminal.
