As an employee, DO NOT WORK FOR THEKEY unless you want to work for free as an indentured servant. If you ever have the displeasure of working for TheKey, be sure to count all your hours and check your pay stubs every single week. Be sure they are paying you the pay rate they promise and all your overtime pay. Their systems to clock in never work and their supervisors do not assure that those hours are counted for you. When you ask HR to help look into it they always say they will later or they don't have time and make excuses. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES THAT STEAL MONEY FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I heard so many fellow caregivers complain about how their checks were short and soon enough, it started to happen to me. Unfortunately, times are rough and it is something most people deal with. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN WORKING AT THEKEY.
