Highly unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest home care company.

based on my 10 years experience as an Adult family home owner and care giver, shift supervisor , this by far is a company that doesn't value their employees or clients.
Cons
* my first client house had bed bug infested and the staffing coordinator was unresponsive for 6 hours out of my 12 hours shift. * lack of accountability, they are quick to put a blame on caregivers with out any situation. * low pay compared to other home care companies in Seattle and Bellevue WA . * management highly unprofessional , confrontational and use of very unprofessional language. * care plan incomplete and misinformation about client needs and status. * the staffing coordinator is unresponsive during shifts, falsely documents details of incidents to protect his job which I have seen it happen to 3 other employees that have also left the company.
