This company is fairly flexible and has decent benefits, with a very laid back atmosphere.

Cons

No organization, no accountability, everyone is to blame but no one will listen to actually fix anything. It's a very stressful place to work.

Provides quick response to the consultants. Very responsible management and did very well in processing the required paper work. Timely pay. I had worked with other consultancies earlier and easily I can say that Themesoft Inc is the best.
