Themesoft is a very professional and disciplined company The calls are all on time, good practices and ways of working followed The CEO and managers would make you feel proud and motivated, and not pressurised to work. Healthy, respectful, loving and flexible working environment. If you do good, the company will treat you in unexpected ways- monetarily and personally. The company has some beautiful souls to work with, and it's important because you give most of the time of the day to your job. The CEO is an amazing down to earth lady with a heart of gold. She speaks with every employee personally and empathize with them. If you're in any personal trouble she'll call you and take care of you like the elder in the family. The company believes in Keeping the employees happy and there's lot more. Salaries, incentives are good. Work environment is the best. The company treats you very well personally and professionally.
Cons
Honestly, as of now, I can't think of any. I'm extremely attached professionally and personally to the company because of the behaviour of the management and colleagues.
