      There are no positive comments I would make about this workplace.

      Cons

      This company prefers “yes-man” mentality. There is no positive reinforcement or teamwork. This company prides itself on culture and SQOs but does not represent those values. Zero diversity. Huge warning to potential new employees.

      Pros

      The stability of a "normal" employer (insurance, 401k, decent PTO schedule, etc.) while working as a contractor for their clients.

      Cons

      Putting any cons of contracting itself aside, there really aren't any. They seem to have a handle on how to do this business well.
