      Hiring process is quick and salary and benefits are very competitive for contract work.

      Pros

      Good experience being straight out of college. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of sustained improvement / experience as it was in their 'contractor' category. Low base pay. Lack of a true business outlook (rep with company changed and I was not informed until I tried to contact him; supervisors at contracted company did not hear much from them.)
