      Pros

      The biggest Pro is the people you work with. I only ever had one negative experience and management was extremely attentive. By and large, the team is professional and helpful. Micromanagement is rare. Opportunities for growth. Pragmatic leadership. General good vibes from team.

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for mistakes, time is meant to be mostly billable. Role can pivot quickly into something different, and you might not have much say in that. Not a ton of technical documentation, a lot of knowledge is shared verbally as needed.
