Amazing collaboration with teammates. Fast paced. Lots of autonomy and no micro-management. Really able to run your own business within the business. Customers love the product. Brand is all about efficacy and a desire to help people live their best life.

Cons

Working remote has it's challenges, but the collaboration and many others willingness to assist you is there.

I have been at Theragun for over a year and what a wild ride it has been. I joined as a specialty account manager and was quickly promoted into key accounts after working hard and providing value to my team. I have since grown into a strong leader on the account management team as well as within the specialty world. I have never worked for a company who cared so much about my personal growth and success. I have brought 4 friends and former coworkers to join the team and be a part of the mission and excellent culture we have carved out! The leadership team is very transparent and keeps the entire company informed of major changes/ exciting news/ updates weekly. We are in an exciting growth period and I feel very fortunate to be in a position to help Theragun grow and expand into every home as we focus on the mission to help everyone improve their health and well being.
