      Pros

      Greenapple/Therapy 2000 is a great organization! This company REALLY cares about employees and the people they serve. From establishing a charitable organization to help clients get the equipment they need to offering employees free continuing education relevant to the clients served, this organization goes above and beyond any organization I've worked for in my 30 career as an occupational therapist. It feels like family the way they are able to keep therapists connected and supported.

      Cons

      The nature of home health can be isolating, but this company does everything it can to keep employees connected and having fun together.

      Company offers free CEUs and mentorship programs for practicing Therapists.

      Cons

      Routine paperwork and documentation for a full time caseload is unbearable due to constant changes and other demands from management. They are a fine tuned micromanaging company that disregards your clinical expertise and demands you adapt to their way of clinical caseload management.

      Pros

      Therapy 2000 invests in their clinicians as well as providing best practice for their families as well. Being therapist owned and all upper leadership also being therapists as well makes a difference all the way down to clinicians in the field. Flexibility to create your own schedule and support from team members and supervisors is amazing.

      Cons

      Providing best practice is not always easy and sometimes involves more than just showing up for work and going home. Home health can also be a bit isolating at times, but Therapy 2000 emphasizes team togetherness in unique ways.
