Pros
-Good benefits (health insurance, 401k match, dental, vision, mileage reimbursement -My clinical lead manager is awesome. -in-house CEUs -in charge of your schedule -a decent short-term job for single employees, but pay is not as competitive as advertised. -I rarely work at home except for crazy evaluation weeks. -T2K puts on events for employees to network.
Cons
-no paid holidays resulting in busy days for holiday season. If you can make them up. -incentives are diminishing and disappearing with no communication about this change -weekly visits required are high relative to other agencies. (28 + 4 visit buffer is full-time). - caseload can dwindle due to T2K having two companies that accept different insurances, so when a patient’s Medicaid type changes, you have to discharge to re-admit (this affects your caseload and $$$), although they should be merging the two companies soon. -various issues with insurance verification, and therapists are mostly responsible for relaying the information with limited understanding.
