Pros include: -Flexible scheduling/work hours -Mileage reimbursement -awesome managers who are very supportive and responsive to your needs/concerns -CEU reimbursement -FREE CEUs hosted live or online/webinars on a variety of topics -specialty programs such as high risk infant and feeding programs -excellent mentorship for new grads/cases you are uncomfortable seeing -easy to learn documentation system -opportunity to be a clinical instructor to pre-professional students -support staff for insurance, authorization, billing -paychecks bi-weekly/direct deposit (never have errors or late paychecks) -opportunity to interact with equipment vendors/orthotists -appreciation/recognition for going above and beyond -excellent reputation throughout Texas -highly ethical -proactive with Medicaid/insurance changes -owner who is a HUGE advocate for children with disabilities and fights tirelessly for these kids!
