      Pros

      This job allows the therapist to be in control of caseload schedule/hours - great flexibility for busy family life. There are FREE continuing education course offered regularly. The company offers an incredible debt crusher program to help employees. Generous benefits and great leadership. Good collaboration with other therapists, though much is virtual.

      Cons

      It can be isolating to be in home health. You have to work hard to connect with other therapists on the team and be proactive to seek out help when needed. Pay structure takes some getting used to.

      This is my second family, everyone is very helpful and friendly. We are a team and always support each other. Our schedule is very flexible, we have many benefits and opportunities.

      I've been with the company a bit over a year, so far I have enjoyed everyday day of it.
