      Pros

      Flexibility, support, PTO, 401k, socials, incentives, free CEUs, Facebook community of support, feeding team of support. I feel so supported and valued. I have always felt as a priority as a therapist and that my time is valued. The structure of support is wonderful. Room for growth as a clinician and leadership! I love having my fridays for CEUs, personal days or make up visits!

      Cons

      Home health can be lonely but the company does so much to reach out and be connected! Working summers may not be everyone’s first pick but there’s so much room to make it work.

      Therapy 2000 is managed by therapists who understand what it is like to work in the field and will support you with all of your needs for patient care. The company invests in their employees through excellent pay and benefits, amazing free CEU's and a receptive administration to make changes and update policies when needed. They are truly the most inventive and supportive company I have ever worked for in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      As with ALL healthcare, there is a heavy paperwork demand, but Therapy 2000 has actively worked to improve software and streamline paperwork as much as possible.
