Pros

If you're considering a career in home health therapy, look no further! Therapy 2000 offers a fantastic blend of perks that make the job both rewarding and sustainable in the long term. One of the biggest highlights is the free CEUs (Continuing Education Units) that keep your skills sharp and your credentials up-to-date. It's a great way to stay current without the burden of extra costs. The Income Stabilization Stipend adds an extra layer of financial security, which is incredibly reassuring if you're not absorbing an active caseload. Being a therapist owned and operated company, there are growth opportunities for advancement, and they emphasize ongoing mentorship in specialty areas (infant and pediatric feeding, AAC, working with CLD populations), ensuring you're supported at every step of your career. I have never worked for a company that genuinely cares about your development like Therapy 2000. The EVV compliant system ensures you have all the tools you need to meet regulations with ease, while the therapist-friendly EMR makes documentation and communication a breeze. Therapy 2000 also prioritizes your well-being with a quarterly wellness program and social events every quarter, helping you stay balanced and connected with your team. Flexible scheduling allows you to manage your time effectively, and the best part—management doesn’t micromanage, so you’re trusted to do your job without unnecessary oversight. As for the pay, the pay per visit structure is both competitive and fair. In my opinion, it's an excellent model that ensures you're compensated for the work you do.

Cons

Every now and then, I do feel a bit isolated, but it’s quickly alleviated through regular communication with my CLMs and colleagues. My colleagues and I often get together for lunch or coffee, which is always a great time!

Pros

Management & the executive team are so supportive. They are always rooting for their employees. The free CEUs are always great options and beneficial for our patients. The specialty therapists and mentorship that they provide helps out when you get stuck on treatment techniques or need assistance with a diagnosis you've never treated before. Great company! The owner is also always advocating at the Capitol to make sure the reimbursement rates are looked at, and the patients are still getting what they deserve. Love the eval and go that they have with their insurances!

Cons

No cons, I've worked for a few other pediatric home health companies in Dallas and this one is definitely the best!
