Pros

There are so many great things about Therapy 2000. Despite being a home health company, the agency goes out of its way to connect therapists together regularly and in fun ways. The agency also rewards therapists with various types of incentives (not just based on productivity) to earn some extra money. There are so many opportunities for clinical growth and mentoring. The CEUs are insane! There are CEUs monthly for all therapists on so many topics, I never have to go outside the agency to earn those - for free. I am grateful to be here!

Cons

I can't think of any cons that you wouldn't also have in another setting. Documentation takes time, but it is also a requirement in this field regardless of which setting you are working.
