      Pros

      Therapy 2000 is managed by therapists who understand what it is like to work in the field and will support you with all of your needs for patient care. The company invests in their employees through excellent pay and benefits, amazing free CEU's and a receptive administration to make changes and update policies when needed. They are truly the most inventive and supportive company I have ever worked for in the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      As with ALL healthcare, there is a heavy paperwork demand, but Therapy 2000 has actively worked to improve software and streamline paperwork as much as possible.

      Pros

      Therapy2000 offers a great team dynamic which is heloful in the home health field. As a new grad they helped me with building a caseload, and offered a great onboarding program. They have everyone from new grads to very seasoned therapists offering a wide range of knowledge!
