Pros

I have worked in pediatric home health for nearly eight years and just joined this company less than a year ago. I have loved every minute of working for this company! They are accompanied who not only value their employees but put their patients first over profits. They strive to be an ethical company in everything that they do! I would a hundred percent recommend this company to my closest friend!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons right now!

Pros

-Encourages ethical practice by putting the pt's needs first. -Provides lots of opportunities for the improvements in clinical knowledge & skills (e.g. CEU courses, in-person/electronic opportunities to connect with the content experts, CEU reimbursements) -The initial 3-month salary period regardless of numbers of cases you see while building up your caseload. -Continuous efforts by the admin staff to improve the company cultures (e.g. online surveys, family picnic) -Wonderful supervisor(s) for field therapists. My lead SLP, Vanessa Reynolds, is not only very knowledgeable but also a good supervisor by providing pinpoint advice without being overbearing! -If you are a therapist who wants to do your best for your patients and loves a clinical diversity and opportunities to improve your clinical skills/knowledge, this is a great company to work for.

Cons

-This is not necessarily "con's" but since I am used to talking to HR and IT departments in person or in phone, it needs me a bit of an adjustment period to the system of getting a hold of them electronically first. -I wish the requirement of after-school caseloads (i.e. the patients who are available after 3pm) at the time of the interview. For me, this particular requirement has had some impacts on how to set my overall daily schedule (including my personal schedules). -Again, this is NOT a negative AT ALL but if you look for predictability and thoroughly predetermined procedures (such as how to treat different types of patients, which assessment tools to use) day in and day out, you may not want to apply for T2000.
