Pros

Flexible schedule, knowledgeable co-therapists, good patients

Cons

(This is based on employment in Houston. Each region is run independently) limited to no communication between departments meaning therapists could be told one thing which is different than what is told to marketing which is different than what management says. get things in writing as much as possible as communication is poor and agreed upon things are often changed or "forgotten." (This is more generalized about the company policies) incentives mostly benefit people who are already above their quota - if you do not have enough kids on your caseload (due to miscommunication and limited marketing) it does not matter how much you do above and beyond your workload. You will likely not qualify for the incentives. Incentives range from a couple hundred bucks to....the CEO dying his hair. Limited career growth opportunity or recognition. Required to use personal phone to communicate with families (potential HIPAA violations) and for documention (Including need for data plan and location services on) there is no reimbursement for use of your personal phone/data. Minimal and infrequent raises (last raise I received was for about a dollar)
