Working at Therapy Tree you really get to see the kids grow. You even create bonds with the kids. My team works together to support these kids or help each other out when needed.

Team was great, which is why I stayed as long as I did.

Cons

However, they will pay you the lowest amount possible. You are better off working at a fast food restaurant and have a better pay and life/work balance. -They will burn you out. Get ready to see 18 patients a day and be expected to have quality SOAP notes - They do not keep their word. . Make sure to have everything in writing and keep email receipts. -There is a reason why they are always hiring and no it’s not because they’re expanding. -you accumulate pto hours in the slowest way possibly. Making it impossible to take time off. -their benefits are a joke.
