Very poorly managed, terrible therapeutic priorities and values, very behavior and compliance-focused for all children (all ages - everyone tries to sit their 1 and 2 year olds at tables to do seated work, no floor play); supervisors unable to provide evidence-based research for therapy interventions. Supervisors butting into sessions unannounced - extremely inappropriate all around. Abrasive, harsh, and extremely direct approach to therapy and conversations with families; very minimal training for SLPA's but same expectations for interventions as SLP's; felt like working at a therapy factory where the only goal was to get as many clients in and out of the doors as possible. Schedule is ALWAYS filled last-minute when you get a cancel; no control over your schedule. Please do not work here if you want to provide quality therapy and establish trusting relationships with families.

They will not give you sick pay even if you have time accrued to cover it. At Orientation, they promised to cash out unused time if you leave the company but again, they did not. Employees were required to work on a National Holiday without additional compensation. Benefits were unaffordable.
