Still sick to my stomach thinking about Therapy Tree 1 year later!

Clean and organized environment. Fairly new building. Kids were very cute and fun to interact with. I can't think of anything else.

Cons

No one is truly happy working at Therapy Tree! Lots of gossip, toxic feelings towards management, SLPs and other therapists extremely overworked (and that could be seen from a receptionist POV). Management is not flexible or empathetic to illness/other life issues, probably since they do not hire enough (or can't keep) office staff. I had to leave early because I was sick and my coworkers and supervisor were irritated (during COVID times too??!!). My supervisor did not communicate with me until she wanted to know when I was coming back to work. Therapy Tree sadly ruined my perception of medical office jobs.

Coworkers (non-management), patients, and families were wonderful.

Cons

Multiple bounced checks Toxic work environment between family management and staff Spanish-speaking children being assigned to non-Spanish speaking staff Constant scheduling changes with no time allotted for chart review or and inadequate documentation time - often taking work home with you Non-existent supervision from leadership Poor pay and high turnover Families and patients deserve so much better. I recommend to stay far away from this company!
