Pros

Lunch is provided everyday but the quality of the food changes everyday. Would still recommend bringing your own lunch just in case.

Cons

Prepare your ears because there is a lot of yelling, bullying, and management disregarding employee safety. The rampant verbal abuse and the lack of HR department are a really toxic combo that the company refuses to address. If you are a professional in your field, management will not take into consideration your professional input but force you to comply to their ridiculous needs.

1. Senior management team has always proud to tell everyone our company has free lunch provided ,free lunch what you can expected. 2. You can walk around, buy drinks, or go out during the working hours without check-in or out; you don't have to stay in front of your computer if you know how to fawn over or sweet-talk your boss.

Cons

1. Very poor senior management team and political company culture. 2. You can't see any future in this company.
