Pros

Decent Benefits ... if you get to use them.

Cons

- the business is owned and managed by people who no longer know how to get the job done. "The Job" should be making a great product, selling, serving the customer etc. -"the Job" has become survival of management by throwing the worker under the bus to improve the bottom line; therefore management is killing off the business. That starts with frontline supervisors and goes all the way up to caring only about the artificial stock value in the Boardroom. - knowledge and skill is not appreciated, rewarded, nor is it acknowledged. -the culture is suck up nepotism, relational nepotism, and short sighted. -loyalty and productivity are not appreciated. - you will not find integrity in management - the latest wrinkle is to try and turn people into robots, shoving them into phone booth sized workspaces and counting the pieces of paper "allowed" to them in doing their job. To say its "Mickey Mouse" is an insult to Disney; it's just plain stupidity. No one in current management has the slightest idea how to motivate and inspire people to do great things but they are masters at demotivating and grinding people under, sucking out their life and then throwing them out with the trash.

Pros

There may be some positives to with at themo. I experienced none of these positives when working under Derek Niece. He is a sociopath.

Cons

1st week... You will get to stay until 11pm on a Friday night so that you are made aware you're not the boss and have to miss one of your best friends weddings. You'll get to stay at work until 10pm regularly because Derek has "standards". You will not get to leave work until Derek walks out of his office and says "alright let's go", which is usually around 7pm. If you do not conform...Derek will pretend you are not doing your job adequately and try turn turn everyone against you. Like I said previously...He is a sociopath. Even after working 60 to 80 hours a week for him for 3 years, you will not be allowed to transfer to another division within your organization with recognition of how much you accomplished or how hard you worked. You will have to take a demotion because you were not "one of them", even though no one wants to be like him. I can easily get between 10 and 20 people to corroborate every aspect of the post. Please tempt me

Pros

There are none. Do not work here.

Cons

They hired a bunch of people who live far away from their hubs, with the promise of remote work or hybrid work with infrequent on-site requirements. Then they abruptly demanded that workers return to the office. They claim that this is to foster team cohesion, and yet there are not enough desks at the sites for teams to come in on the same day, so we were told to come in on different days. On top of that nonsense, the overall culture is toxic, racist, and sexist. They do not care at all about their workers. On top of THAT, the company is too large for its own good, and there is mass confusion and duplication of effort on a daily basis because managers are spineless sycophants who refuse to actually work on making anything more efficient.
