Too many Chiefs. Not enough doers. Work life balance not good for the doers. Burnt out employees = poor moral. High turn-over. Good ol 'BOY' network, not good at taking care of the actual talent in some BUs. Want to be known as Employer of Choice, but actions speak otherwise. Lacks communication in some BUs. Some managers make poor decisions without consulting with doers of the tasks - others pay for their learning curve. Outsourcing and offshoring growing fast.
