Pros

Opportunity to learn about controls.( follows a thrown-in-the-deep-end type of method) Travel opportunities to different sites.

Cons

Training is lacking. Promotion opportunities within the company are ambiguous. (It's based on who you know rather than the work you are producing.) Work-life balance is based on the project and manager you are assigned. Organization/structure is very lacking within the company

Cons

- Pay isn't impressive and is difficult to grow financially. In years to come your salary won't increase a noticeable amount unless you agree to relocations.
